If you google on "Belize", you will get hundreds of
real estate websites, so this page is a little redundant! These folks here
specialize in this end of the country. Of course they are anxious to meet
you and serve you! (Sorta Alphabetically:)
Progresso Heights.
Newer. Progresso Heights is
about 15 miles away on a pretty bad road. but then most of the dirt roads in
Belize are pretty bad. James Anderson isn't really selling lots but he has
a great personal site here which will show you what's going on there. For
sales, look here.
BelizeNorthRealEstate.
Connie and Greg run "CopaBanana" and
are also in the real estate business. Their site is well outfitted with
properties in Northern Belize

Charlotte, of course, is my ex-wife. She began with Paradise Home-finders
on this site, and now has her own website. She has always specialized in
rentals in the Corozal area, but she knows everyone and everything about real
estate in the area! New:
I just visited her website (May 2006) She lists a lot of properties in
Corozal & surrounds, with lots of good pictures. If you want a tour of
the nicer houses in the area, you should look around that site. The house next door may be falling
down (No zoning
in Corozal, eh?) but that's OK. Call it Ambiance!
Consejo Shores.
I have an old page on Consejo Shores here on this
website. You can visit their own site here
and it has enuf interesting pictures to make it worth the jump.
Corozal Real Estate.
New. Warren Mudry and
Alex Bors .are from west coast Canada. They have been licensed in Canada
for many years. They are developing condos at TARPON COVE ESTATES.
They are selling these with a low 5% commission. They have a number of
other goals, including building a orphanage, a health and wellness centre for the
poor, buying books, food and clothing for kids. They sound like good
folks. You should visit their site, but be prepared for a lot of typos,
mis-spellings.

Art Higgins has had this development going up North by Consejo and he now
has eight houses in. He used to be a good friend of mine. I never
figured out what happened? (Isn't that terrible when old friends suddenly
treat you like a pariah?) Oh well. Take a look.

This website features property and some walking tours of Consejo Shores (north
of Corozal.) I don't know much about the developer. Watch for future
developments here.
ParadiseFound.
This company was started by Mark Leonard, who apparently met the Prime
Minister and had his picture taken with him. He doesn't live in Corozal
but he has somebody living here who can help you. His principal endeavor
is a development called Cerros Sands which is across the Bay. His
agent Mel Dolezal has a website here
which has many interesting links and pictures. New.
Lenny has some interesting pictures of Corozal here. Mel
has moved back to the states.

This brand new site features free ads for buyers and sellers. It's worth a
look!
New. Buy-Belize.
Steve Perera wrote me such a nice letter that I said I'd post a link to his
company which is located in Belize City. He has a lot of other good
information on the site, including car rentals. Take a look!

Landing. Ray Wagner,who owns/runs the
Smuggler's Den in the Consejo area, has a little development right next to his
place. It is a neat location, and you can check it out here.

Estates. Specializes in real estate in warm
places! They show some spectacular Belizean coastal properties
here.
Newest The
Loveland Group. Specializes in
BelizeNorth, with listings for beach front, seaview property and acreages.
They use Google Earth to show you the location!! Check it
