An Apology

During the 2000 presidential elections, an unscrupulous guest stole my guest list and used it to send several violently partisan messages to my new friends.  This was because, when the Keith Diaries were being sent, I was not properly hiding the address list.  (You do this by including them in a BCC (blind copy) list.)

This was my fault, and for the error I apologize profusely.  It will not happen again.

As a side note, in the middle of the hurricane, I got a note where the subject asked me about conditions in Belize.  When I opened it, my Norton virus alert went off, and told me that they had sent me the "Happy 99" virus.  When I asked them about it, there was no reply, so I presume that it was intentional.    There's no accounting for low life, eh?
