Amigos' Sit-ins

There are always famous people sitting in with Mis Amigos.

Willie Herrera. Plays drums and coaches his posse of kids and neighbors, which plays Belizean Punta Rock and Brukdowns.

We have a wide variety of sit-ins, on spoons, harmonica, vocals, and even a visiting mariachi band!  Of course, everyone is welcome.  Below, Robert Watters plays Spoons.

Below, Yvonne Lyall, a local Home Ec teacher, and harmonica rebel.

Age is not important.  Below right, Bill Taylor and his daughter work out on the vibes while Peggy Mueller and friends look on appreciatively.

Below, Roosevelt "Roosy" Blade, a noted local DJ, smokes and sits in on keyboard.  (Unlike many places in the States, smoking is not illegal in Belize.  Of course, the Last Resort is very well-ventilated.)

The music is "Blue Bossa"
