Progresso Heights -- The Way In

First impressions are important.  Your first impression is the road, which is not great.  Contemplating driving that road every time you want to get to Corozal (your main shopping center) will give you some food for thought.

The next impression is the sign, which is neat!

Almost immediately, you see the gate house.

  

Then, there's a long road into the laguna.  The road is interesting because there are deep gullies on both sides.  If you bought a lot out here on this road, you'd have to build a bridge across the gully!  (That's probably a long way along in the plan!)  I think the gullies show good planning, which is encouraging.
